COMPLETED UPGRADES TO GUEST ROOMS AT THE ACCRA BEACH HOTEL & SPA

Accra Beach Hotel & Spa just completed a US $1.5 million refurbishment of all the rooms in the original wing of the hotel. This wing comprises of one hundred and forty-two (142) guest rooms from the original building constructed 15 years ago. There are a variety of murals displayed behind the headboards in all of the rooms upgraded. There are new bedside lamps along with lights mounted on the headboard for increased guest room lighting when reading. The television sets were upgraded to plasma screens which eliminates the use of bulky television cupboards, creating a more spacious room feel.

All of the furniture has been replaced with new desks and chairs, coffee and bedside tables, bed spreads with matching valances and new shutters to complete the rooms fresh decor. Changes with electrical and plumbing fixtures are also a new feature to each room and suite.

These updates complement the recently fully resurfaced pool deck. Upgrade of the product extends around the property to include additional parking space and painting upgrades to the entire building. To top this improvement, all 224 rooms and suites are equipped with complimentary wireless internet access.
